me on the KL hop on hop off ride, can you see the KL tower hehehe..
first stop at Istana Negara , frankly speaking, I have passed by Istana Negara for a thousand times and this was my first time here.. being a tourist never felt so good haha
second stop at Dataran Merdeka to have lunch at Colesuem Cafe Their signature chicken chop is still good after all these years. This cafe is a must-eat because the famous Hong Kong artists have recently filmed a movie 开饭啦 here too (click the link to watch the trailer).
after the yummy lunch, of course it’s time to nap.. nah I was just kidding. It’s story time : Our story of KL @ MUDKL.
Let Carey Ng, our Miss Universe Malaysia do the talking instead.
Next, head to the KL City Gallery
I was overwhelmed by the Spectacular City Model show. (RM5 per entry for 3 years and above , free for senior citizens above 65) Watch the video below for a sneak peek.

Couldn’t believe this photo was taken in Kl City Gallery still, it looks like it was taken oversea somewhere lolz..
indulge in the fascinating world of Malaysian batikand of course, after the show and walk, it’s time for desserts. Durian cheesecake and Mile Crepe are available at the food hall of KL City Gallery. Definitely will come back for the Durian cheesecake, I finished these two all on my own (diet? tomorrow la
)
back to hotel to check in the residence suite . I love this suite so much, two words : comfortable & clean RM880/night.
All washed up and ready for dinner. I was so anticipating for this Dining in the dark by Gourmet Safari KL. If I were to recommend only one place to go for today, definitely this Gourmet Safari KL. Everything here is close to perfect , the food and wine pairings, the dining experience, the tour and the entertainment, 5 stars ! The menu is bound to satisfy your lust for gastronomy.
Let the unique gastronomic journey begins
First , The Emperor’s foreplay at Opium KL
Then, the most anticipated 4 Sensual Pleasures at Dining in the dark.

Topping from below at The Steakhouse

Now , head to A Quickie at the Black Forest
Next, Beauty & the Beast at El Cerdo
Last but not least, A Happy Ending at The Whisky Bar
The Unique Gastronomy Journey costs RM388++/Guest (revised on an annual basis). Secure your ticket at a great price now as the price increases will happen without further notice as tickets allocations sell out !
