One of the million ways to beat the Monday BLUES is to buy yourself a comedy movie ticket.
GSC threw a star-studded premiere screening for the movie “My Stupid Boss” in Pavillion Kuala Lumpur on 16th May 2016. Reza Rahadian and Bunga Citra Lestari are both so handsome and beautiful. Most importantly, my favorite artist Bront Palarae is in the movie too, and I get to meet him in person ! Bront Palarae was so friendly , everyone was queuing up just to take a photo with him BUT when it was my turn, he was called to get in to be ready for the premiere. At that very moment , I was . But, I heard a voice from the back : It’s okay, the last photo for you ! ❤ Awwww, my hero

I think I’ve got the most stressful months by far, luckily a right decision was made which is to watch “My Stupid Boss”. This movie is hilarious, it made me laughed and laughed and laughed . I even brought home the graphic novel , just to get some laugh before bed time … now, whenever I think back some of the scenes in the movie, I still can’t stop laughing !
I seldom write a movie review, but for this, I would like to share with my readers, for stress relieving, and for those who have a stupid boss at their workplace.
Here is the official synopsis:
English :
My Stupid Boss recounts the story of an absurd boss and his employees. Bossman (Reza Rahadian) is an Indonesian who owns a company in Kuala Lumpur. A large but disorganised company. The culprit for the disarray in the organisation is the bossman himself. His first principle of management is that Bossman Is Always Right. Which means whatever the Bossman fancies, he’ll get it done. And that is his following principle: Impossible We Do Miracle We Try. In the midst of this is Diana, the Bossman’s secretary, who has to juggle at every turn with the odds that never seem to add up in the company. Diana’s daily confronted with her boss’s antics and her patience and good sense are all put to the test.
Bahasa Malaysia :
Bossman mempertahankan prinsip tersendiri iaitu ‘Bossman Always Right’.
Well, I don’t want to reveal anything more about the movie. Trust me, it is well worth catching it in the cinema.
There are a few scenes in the movie that I love the most, check it out if you love them as much as I do :
1. How Bossman reacts when he meets a car accident.
2. What does Bossman do when he supposes to treat those officers at a restaurant.
3. What Bront Palarae does when the air-conditioners gone “koyak”.
4. and when the Bossman says : Impossible we do, miracle we try !

All on all the movie does deliver the laughter , it is HILARIOUS , I would like to watch it twice ! I highly recommend “MY STUPID BOSS“ especially if you like COMEDY, and if you have a silly boss that brings you daily anger.
I’m very impressed with the makeup, you really can’t tell that it’s Reza Rahadian underneath that wrinkly fat man. And one last thing, I love the setting and the colour tone of the movie , this film makes me fall in love with Kuala Lumpur again ❤ everything looks so beautifully awesome , it makes me realise I should love KL more.
“MY STUPID BOSS” based on a novel by Chaos@Work will be on its run in Malaysian cinemas on 19th May 2016.
