Jinjang has plenty of cheaper eateries and seafood restaurants waiting to be discovered.
Long Grilled Fish Seafood Restaurant is the name to look for, but it is actually an open-air food stall operating on the roadside, just like another hawker centre. They are famous for seafood especially crabs, fish and the signature dish is their black tofu.

I had been here before and knew what to expect, but my friends were blown away by how very vast was the selection, and how very fresh was every dish they sampled. We waited for about half an hour- 45 minutes, the food took quite long to be served, but it worth the wait.

We were lucky enough to have a friend tagged along, who is the friend of the boss, that means we get to try dishes which are not listed in the menu..yipppee! So I’m sorry, other than the first dish, which is their signature black tofu, the rest of the food (pictures) are not named, just because it is specially cooked for my friend. 真是托他的福哦！

BUT, if you want to try, just show them these pictures and I believe they will serve you exactly like what you see from the pictures here.

their signature tofu is a must try!  It is black inside out, don’t ask me what’s the ingredient, because I asked the boss too..haha, he told me it is their secret recipe.

by looking at the picture I know I don’t have to describe how do they taste like.

because you know, sometimes , words just can’t describe how it tastes, until you try it yourself.

and oh boy, look at the size of the claw.. HUGE ! (opps the plate was filled with its shell, maybe the picture below tells better haha)

Overall it was a very good experience and although it is a bit pricey.
